Abstract. In this global town the activities in one country have impact on other countries. This may result in rapid growth of Global Economy, may even cause ‘Crisis’. The requirements of developed countries, developing countries and under developed countries are different in current situation. Over production of material goods in developed countries that cannot be absorbed by global market results in shutdown of production and massive unemployment, an economic downturn called recession. The current trend in Global market provides a favorable condition for developing countries to become a member of the club of NIC (Newly Industrializing Countries).

The Indian economy escaped the global crisis primarily because the Indian banking sector was not exposed to the risky assets, similar to those financed in advanced economies. The principal risk that emanates from the global economy for India is inflation contagion, with crude oil prices once again in the lead. Another problem of India is, the Disinterest of intellectuals on Patents, resulting in a huge loss to economy of the country

Shipbuilding Industry is one of few Industries which have less impact due to the Global crisis. Unfortunately, India is not able to maximize the benefit from this industry. A case study of the Indian Ship building industry included in this paper, describes how the industry has found itself in this current situation.

In this paper our aim is to find an approach that would optimally use the activities in each country, in such a way that there is an effective positive growth in each country. New technologies play vital role in this scenario. Fortunately, the new science, Grand Unified Theory, has brought us to the threshold of a new technological Epoch that can provide an alternative source of energy – the free, inexhaustible and pollution-free dark matter that pervades the entire Cosmos. Development of GUT technology, may contribute to the economic development.
